Terms & Conditions

Below are the policies that have been put in place by What The Fuzz?. By booking your

appointment with us you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. As a part of terms and conditions that we have set for ourselves, we promise to keep your pet safe and happy their entire duration with us. We thank you for giving us the chance to cater to you and fur baby.

 

Scheduling Policy

It is our top priority to give you the best service possible.To ensure prime service, schedule appointments you will be home on time for. Please be sure to book your appointment at least 3 days in advance. Upon booking it a necessity that you complete your pet profile and submit your deposit or your appointment will not be confirmed. Failure to complete your pet profile can result in the lost of your deposit.

 

No Show Policy

Both your time and ours is valuable. If it ever comes a time when your groomer is unable to contact you , or you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted your groomer, you are considered a no show.In the event that you are considered a no show your deposit WILL NOT be refunded. Unfortunately if you are a no show more that two times you will no longer be allowed to book with What The Fuzz? without an extra $15 fee.​

 

Late Policy

We pride ourselves on punctuality and giving our clients the greatest experience. Your

appointment is booked according to the amount of time it will take your groomer to work on your pet.Being late disrupts not only your schedule but ours as well. Being more than 15 minutes late results in a $10 late fee.If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late please contact your groomer to update us on the circumstances. If you have to reschedule due to being late the $10 fee still applies to your next service. 

 

Payment Policy

To ensure that neither that time isn’t waisted we require a deposit to secure your appointment. Your deposit is half of your service and is due BEFORE your appointment. For security purposes we DO NOT accept checks. We have other forms of payment, such as PayPal and Zelle. We also accepts final payments in cash the day of your appointment.
